When To Book

The beauty of Africa lies in the fact that it offers so much and is still relatively untouched - small lodges, personal service and the sense that maybe, just maybe, you are one of the first to visit a particular area or have such an amazing experience.However Africa is getting more popular and we strongly suggest that you book well in advance so you are not disappointed - at least 3 months ahead if possible!

Airfares

We have not included flight costs on any of these itineraries as they vary and prices and schedules are subject to change.For assistance with international and domestic airfares please contact us.

Baggage Allowances

On most scheduled air services, the Economy Class baggage is 20kg. per person.On light aircraft transfers and canoe safaris the luggage allowance is 12kg. and luggage must be carried in a soft bag.

Carry on baggage: The allowance for liquids, including beverages, aerosol spray bottles, deodorants, creams, and gels, is a container capacity of 100 ml / 100 grams (3.4 oz) or less, and that the containers fit comfortably in one clear, closed and resealable plastic bag with a capacity of no more than 1 litre (1 quart).

Health

Your doctor will advise you on which inoculations and anti-malarial precautions are recommended for your itinerary or contact the International Travellers clinic in your area.

Passports & Visas

First, and foremost, check that your passport is in order! It is your responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations, international driving licence or other documentation needed to complete your trip are in order.

Prices

Special Requests

If you have special requests (ie. vegetarian meals) these should be advised at the time of booking. We will do our best to comply with such requests but they cannot be guaranteed.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are properly insured as soon as you book your holiday. Please contact us if you have questions regarding insurance. We will be pleased to advise and recommend a suitable insurance coverage as part of the total tour price.
