Language - English is the official language and is widely spoken.

Climate - There are three seasons - the cool, dry season from May to September; the hot dry season in October and November and the rainy season is from December to April.

Adventure - Zambia remains one of the least accessible of Africa's countries from a wildlife-tourism point of view. It is home to the Luangwa Valley, famous for its magnificent herds of elephants.

With one of the largest concentrations of game outside Kenya and Tanzania, the South Luangwa National Park boasts countless crocodiles, hippos and a profusion of bird-life. Zambia provides a magical formula for excellent camping and/or walking safaris.
